3. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our online platform or directly at our premises are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment for goods and services must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for specific catering or bespoke services.
- Prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice.
- For bespoke cakes and custom ceramic orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required upon confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the type of service or product:
- Baked Goods: Due to their perishable nature, cancellations for standard baked goods must be made within a specified timeframe before collection or delivery. Refunds will be at our discretion.
- Bespoke Cakes & Catering: Specific terms will be provided at the time of quotation and confirmation. Generally, significant notice is required for cancellations, and deposits are non-refundable.
- Ceramic Bakeware & Art: Custom ceramic orders are usually non-refundable once production has begun. For standard ceramic items, returns may be accepted within a specified period if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Pottery Workshops: Cancellation policies for workshops will be outlined during registration.
